YOUTH SUMMER SALES PROGRAM
A summer job with skills that last.
Teens earn paid, hands-on experience selling Bloom Juice Room products at farmers markets, festivals, campuses, and community events. With guidance from a dedicated Youth Business Coach, participants learn sales, customer service, marketing, money management, teamwork, and leadership while experiencing what it takes to operate a real business.

Learn the business by helping run it.
Bloom Juice Room is the real-world training ground for the Youth Summer Sales Program. At farmers markets, festivals, campuses, and community events, participants work as a team to set up the booth, engage customers, process sales, manage inventory, merchandise products, and evaluate their results.

Teamwork & Communication
Sharing responsibilities, giving and receiving feedback, resolving challenges, and supporting the team.

The Summer Experience
A summer built around work, growth, and celebration.
Each cohort's schedule is shaped by the event calendar and participants' family commitments, but every summer combines paid work experience, business training, individualized support, and opportunities to celebrate progress.

- One-on-one coaching with a dedicated Youth Business Coach

- A closing showcase celebrating participants' work and growth
