Project BLOOM runs two social enterprises that double as training grounds. They exist to build people first — and any earned revenue can help sustain the mission.
How the model works
Our social enterprises are structured to give Fellows and youth real jobs and real customers, not simulations. Earned revenue is designed to support training, wages, and program delivery over time — reducing our long-term reliance on grants without guaranteeing a specific percentage in any given year.

ENTERPRISE 01 ·PROJECT BLOOM FELLOWSHIP TRACK
Bloom Fuel Bar is Project BLOOM’s first social enterprise and fellowship training track. Fellows earn paid, hands-on experience through juice production, fulfillment, inventory management, customer service, and business operations. Bloom Fuel Bar products are then placed with gym and wellness partners throughout Greater Tulsa, creating a real-world business environment where Fellows can build marketable skills, professional references, and confidence.
FUEL BETTER. BUILD FORWARD
ENTERPRISE 02 · YOUTH SUMMER SALES PROGRAM
Bloom Juice Room brings Project BLOOM’s youth entrepreneurship program to life through colorful, community-based retail experiences. During the summer, teens earn paid work experience selling Bloom Juice Room products at farmers markets, festivals, and community events while learning sales, customer service, financial literacy, marketing, and the fundamentals of running a business.
Bloom Responsibly.

Partner with Project BLOOM
Our enterprise partners do more than carry a product or host an event. They help create paid employment, hands-on training, and meaningful opportunities for Fellows and young people throughout Tulsa.
