Our mission is to cultivate pathways to economic mobility through meaningful employment, entrepreneurship, workforce development, and mentorship. By investing in people and creating real-world opportunities to learn, work, and lead, we empower individuals to build thriving futures, strengthen their families, and create lasting change in their communities.

Origin
Our story
Project BLOOM was born from a simple belief: people don't lack potential, they often lack opportunity. After seeing the barriers that justice-impacted individuals and underserved youth face when trying to build a better future, we chose to create pathways instead of waiting for someone else to do it. Through workforce development, entrepreneurship, and mentorship, we're helping people build the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to achieve lasting economic mobility and strengthen their communities.
